Office Storage Cabinets and Reception Desks: Custom Office Fit Out
We build office storage cabinets, reception desks and credenzas in our own factory, so the joinery is drawn against the same plan the contractor is working to.
Reception is a working counter
The reception desk does more than look like the brand. It has to hide two monitors, a printer, a card reader and the person sitting behind them, and it has to do it while staying accessible. We build a 750 mm work surface at the staff side, a 1100 mm transaction top on the visitor side, and a cable route that drops to a floor box rather than looping over the front panel. Where the desk is a single curved run, we build it in two sections with a joint that lands behind a return, not in the middle of the sightline.
Storage that goes to the ceiling
Height is what a storage run is really for, and it is the first thing a value-engineering pass tries to cut. We build full-height runs at 2400 mm, with a 400 mm top box for archive and a 350 mm open shelf at standing height so the run does not read as a solid wall. Doors are soft-close, and where a run sits against a glass partition, the back panel is finished to be seen.
Meeting rooms and the acoustic problem
A meeting room table is the easy part. The failure is the wall behind the video call, so we build a fabric-wrapped or slatted panel behind the display, with the cable tray inside the joinery and a shelf for the camera at seated eye height. The credenza under it holds the laptop and the room's consumables in drawers rather than open shelves, because open shelves in a meeting room end up as visible clutter.
Finishes that survive an office
An office is kind to materials until it is not: coffee, trolley wheels, and a chair back that hits the same 200 mm of panel every day. We specify compact laminate on the counter faces, a 2 mm ABS edge on all board edges rather than a paper edge, and a kick plinth in powder-coated steel where a trolley will run. Where the floor is polished concrete, the plinth gets a rubber seal so nothing wicks.
Ordering from the factory
Send the floor plan or a measured sketch, the room schedule, the finish direction and the delivery city, and we return a 3D layout, a finish board and a fixed quotation within two working days. Production takes 25 to 35 days, and we quote DDP so freight, duty and clearance sit inside one price rather than arriving as a second invoice at the port.
Send us four things and the quotation comes back faster: the room schedule with dimensions, the storage volume you need, the delivery city and country, and your handover date.
