Vape Shop Display Fixtures: Custom Cabinets From a Factory
We manufacture the cabinets and counters for this format in our own factory, which means the locking, the lighting and the height of every tray is a drawing we control.
Small footprint, high density
The typical vape store runs 40 square metres and needs to show 300 to 600 SKUs. We build back-wall systems on a 25 mm pitch with removable trays, so a flavour range can be re-laid in an afternoon. Trays are 60 mm to 90 mm deep, which holds bottles upright without wasting vertical space.
Security that still lets customers see
Open shelving loses stock; fully glazed cabinets kill browsing. The workable pattern is a hybrid: open sample trays at the counter for testers, lockable sliding-door cabinets for sealed stock, and a return counter that keeps the queue inside the staff's sightline. We specify 6 mm tempered glass, keyed alike locks and a steel frame that cannot be levered apart.
Power and demo units
Devices and chargers need to be live on display. We build cable management into the counter and the back wall: a rear service channel, grommets at each shelf, and a switch panel inside a lockable locker. This keeps the display clean and lets staff swap a demo unit without dismantling the cabinet.
Lighting that shows colour
Bottles and packaging are judged on colour. We use 4000 K LED strip at 45 degrees behind a diffuser so labels read clearly without glare on the glass, and each shelf gets its own circuit so a display can be dimmed at night.
Ordering from the factory
Send the floor plan or a measured sketch, the number of SKUs and the mix of open and locked display, and we return a 3D layout, a sample finish board and a fixed quotation within two working days. Production takes 25 to 35 days, and we quote DDP so freight, duty and clearance sit inside one price.
Send us four things and the quotation comes back faster: the SKU count and fixture list, the store plan or dimensions, the delivery city and country, and your opening date.
