Lemonade and Juice Kiosk Counters: Custom Build From the Factory

2 min read

We fabricate kiosk counters, cold display and menu joinery in our own factory, so the work triangle between the machine, the cup stack and the till is drawn before a single panel is cut.

The three square metre problem

In a kiosk every 100 mm of counter is contested. We plan a 600 mm prep run for the machine and the ice bin, a 300 mm cup and lid column under the counter, and a 1100 mm transaction top at the customer side, which leaves a clear 900 mm aisle behind the staff. Anything wider than 700 mm and the queue spills into the walkway.

Cold and dry in the same box

The failure point is water next to electricity. We build a wet zone with a sealed stainless top, a raised 40 mm lip and a drain to a trap, and keep all sockets in a separate dry bay with a residual current device. Refrigerated display sits on its own circuit so it can run overnight while the counter lights are off.

Menu, lighting and the two second read

A kiosk menu is read at two metres, in a corridor, by someone walking. We set a light box at 1800 mm to 2000 mm centre height, 4000 K for food colour, with the price band on a separate panel so a seasonal price change does not mean reprinting the whole board.

Mobility and services

Half of our kiosk work is built to move: castors rated for the loaded weight, a single 32 A inlet, a water-in and a waste-out on the same face, and a bolt-down kit for sites that require the unit to be fixed. We send a services drawing with the quotation so your contractor can prepare the floor before the unit ships.

Ordering from the factory

Send the site plan or a measured sketch, the drink menu and the equipment list, and we return a 3D layout, a finish board and a fixed quotation within two working days. Production takes 25 to 35 days, and we quote DDP so freight, duty and clearance sit inside one price rather than arriving as a second invoice at the port.

Send us four things and the quotation comes back faster: the kiosk footprint and ceiling height, the equipment list with power ratings, the delivery city and country, and your opening date.
